Trenton Atelier travels to BP Protest in DC

Over the past Labor Day weekend a band of 11 from the Trenton Atelier travelled down to DC for the Spill into Washington Protest for the gulf. Speakers from around the country joined in to raise awareness about the catastrophe in the gulf. We all realize we are hypocrites living how we do now, but unfortunately it is just the world we were born into.

Now is the times to get off oil, only travel locally, grow our own food (or get free food), and become truly sustainable without the need for conventional oil. We know it will not be easy, but we must start now. This means backyard urban gardening, rainwater catchment, and permaculture principles in action.
