Finished the Eco-trailer for the bike.

Local townsman Harry stopped by to talk about Kovac's Korner and check out our place.

We virgin burned a bowl out and took some pictures on the newly installed patio area out back.

A stranger dropped off a bike for us.

We cleaned up one of the tables in here Finally!!

Capitol City Maket - Pendulum Painting

Yesterday's Capital City Market was a great success and we had a blast. We hope everyone enjoyed the performance and we will see you all again next week!!

"Waterfall Response" artpiece up in the Trenton Atelier

As a response to the BP oil spill crisis, the Trenton Atelier has constructed a 30' x 20' conceptual sculpture entitled "Waterfall Response". Constructed from purely culled materials, the piece symbolizes the effect of American Consumerist mentality of "big and shiny" and how it results in the destruction of the environment. The ripples of chip bag mylar gently cascade in a reflective waterfall towards the floor, where a pool of black oil has settled amongst the dirt and garbage accumulated at the warehouse.









One of many large pieces at the Atelier, "Waterfall Response" stands as a reminder to us all to clean up our acts and look at our own selves as the destructive force in our society, but also the only ones who can ultimately change our world for the better.

Trenton Atelier Pete Abrams says 'Let's just do something'


Despite the article's harsh criticism, we are actually DOING SOMETHING. We have gone in there, cleaned it up a bit, had an event, made art, laughed, partied, and generally had a good time, all the while, bringing other people who would have never thought to come to Trenton, here. Any press is good press, as far as we are concerned, and we thank Joe for taking the time to come to the Conceptual Tour and for his article.
