MASSIVE neglected spaces that could be used right now.

The building hasn't been used for at least 5 years, as apparent by the spray painted sign for a dance on Friday May 27th - the last Friday May 27th was in 2005.

Its a fixer-upper, but were already falling in love with the space. Has so much potential and just needs some TLC. South-facing windows and loft for natural lighting, southern lawn for permaculture, earthship, B-house etc.
